Seven Seconds Away.

As a consequence of love, I lay open
Disgorged and mentally frayed.
Who said? We should love our fellow man
A clear testament to delusion

I say, study the Ants.
The ants have clearly got it right, yet people tread on them.
Spray them with chemical
Pour boiling water over them
It is all the wrong way round.

Dog day afternoon
Dead as a Dodo
Daft as a Badger
Sick as a Parrot
Lie like a Toad
Thick as a brick-most likely

Where did it all go wrong?

Sing a song from the same hymn sheet, that’s the answer.
Study the ants
Love animals
Save on pain
Truly look and absorb, take real life in, before it is too late
Or, we will all end up
Insane
